The End of March

Yeah!!! Chris will be starting at Canadian Tire here in Smiths Falls April 1st 40 hours a week.
He will still keep a few shifts at the Independent working nights and had to give up his job working for Renwicks. But the pay is better and he will be doing what he went to school for.
I'm now 35 1/2 weeks pregnant. I carried Braxton for 40 weeks so chances are I will carry this one for 40 weeks as well.
Baby due date is April 25th, but I would really like her to be born on April 26th as that was my Granny's birthday on my mom's side and we are naming her after my Granny.
We'll see what happens.
On the other hand I would really like to go early too. Last ultrasound said the estimated due date didn't correspond with our due date. They said April 13th, but Braxton's due date kept changing as he got bigger as well. So I'm not expecting to go early. I have another apointment with the obstetrician that will be overseeing my labour and delivery at the Brockville hospital. I have to sign some consent forms and he needs to take a look at my operative report from my C-section with Braxton. VBAC (Vaginal Birth After C-section) has some risks but the midwives and hopefuly the O.B. agree that I am a good candidate. I have also been seeing a chiropractor since the beginning of my pregnancy and I'm hoping that helps me out a bit as well, with my pelvis not being locked and moving easier. Braxton engaged but just couldn't get out after 3 hours of pushing.
One thing that i'm not looking forward to with this labour is that I will not at anytime be able to have an epidural. If I do, It increases my risks of a repeat c-section and I will be monitor with the fetal monitor at all times incase of uterine rupture which could kill me and the baby.
So... all that being said, I'm going to be begging for GAS!!!lol
We are just putting the finishing touches on the baby's room. We got the wall up and finished, painted, and put up a cute little girly wallpaper border. Chris has to finish putting trim around the room and then we are also going to put some crown moulding around the ceiling.
Braxton's room is still in limbo. The wall has been mudded, but still needs another sanding and then primer and paint. It is also missing a door, so there is just a hole in the wall for a door and the electrical needs to be cut in. Braxton is sleeping on a couch cushion in our bedroom right now.
This weekend we will be going out to my Dad's house and pulling most of the baby stuff out of storage, and then putting together the crib, all the while hopefully putting more finishing touches on the room and getting Braxton's room closer to being finished. I don't do well with renovations!
