Good Morning! Another bee-U-ti-full day! Spring Is Here I think.
So Wow, what a busy weekend we had. On Saturday morning Braxton and I went Grocery shopping and rubber boot shopping! We were succesfull in all!! Chris worked for a few hours on Sat. and then Saturday afternoon we went to Mike and Christina's for a BBQ. We didn't stay out late, home by 9 pm. but we were all zonked!
Sunday morning Braxton and I went to Wheelers Sugar bush with our friends Mike and Christina, Mikayla and Braydon, and my newest friends Ashlei and Chris and their daughter Baylei. They have a playground there for the kids and we went on a horse drawn sleigh ride and had breakfast! Braxton had his first taste of Taffy! Those poor toddler teeth!! He also had his first taste of French Toast with Maple syrup! And he loved them Both!!
It was a gorgeous day yesterday, but Braxton wasn't quite in the best of moods. He had few temper tantrums on me, and had me wanting to leave him somewhere while I snuck off. Lucky Chris for deciding to stay home and nap. Apparently the sugar bush just isn't his thing.
Sunday afternoon Braxton and I came home for a nap and then we were up and gone to Chris and Ashlei's for another BBQ. It's nice that they live so close, just up the street!!!

Well Braxton's vocabulary so far is, Bye, Dada, choo-choo, and hot. Hot is the newest one which Chris heard him say on Wednesday night when we had the oven on. Braxton walked up to the oven and pointed and said "ot"!
So slowly but surely this child of ours is learning a few words.
A little behind, than the "norm" but coming along!

Braxton has a cough and a runny nose, didn't sleep well last night, which means I didn't sleep well last night. And so far today he's in a very Cranky mood, so I think he'll be going back to bed shortly since he's been up since 6:15 and it's now 8:30!!! I had planned on going to playgroup today with my friend Ashlei, but not with Braxton short on sleep.
Not much more to say, so I'm off to get dressed and put Braxton to bed.
